Oaks families, let’s kick off the new school year with some fun! Join us for our Back to School Pool Party on Sunday, August 30, from 3:00–5:00 PM at Oak Run Pool. All are welcome!

If you have been considering being a member at The Oaks and making this church your spiritual 'home', why don't you join us for our 16 week membership class? Sign up at the info desk, grab a Discipleship Workbook, and come ready to discuss! Class is from 10:00-10:30 starting Sunday, September 13th!
Requirements:

1. Have attended worship for 6 months
2. Saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ
3. Complete the Discipleship Workbook (part of class)
4. Agree to live in Biblical sexual purity
5. Make a diligent effort to participate in a small group
6. Must be baptized

We will have a fish fry potluck after the second service! Bring a dish to pass and enjoy a meal together.

This September, The Oaks will be serving at the ROWVA Food Pantry in Oneida. Volunteers are needed for both the food delivery on September 14 and distribution on September 19. Come help unload and organize food, or assist clients as they select and receive their groceries. It’s a simple, hands on way to serve our community and make a difference.  The September 14 delivery date is tentative, so watch for an update if the schedule changes.
