One of our greatest blessings at The Oaks is watching our children’s ministry grow. With that growth comes a wonderful need, we are looking for new Prayer Partners to support our children.
Our Prayer Partner Ministry is rooted in two of our core values: prayer and intergenerational connection. Prayer Partners commit to praying daily for one child by name and connect in simple ways (smiles, high-fives, and saying hello on Sunday mornings).
If you feel led to be part of this ministry, we would love to have you join us. Your prayers truly make an eternal impact. If you are currently a Prayer Partner and the student you were matched with has graduated or is no longer attending, I will be reaching out soon to see if you would like to be connected with a new child to pray for.

The Oaks is assigned to help with the ROWVA food pantry for the month of April. Normally it is the 2nd Monday of the month for delivery and the 3rd Saturday of the month for distribution to clients. Bob will let us know dates soon.If you are able or interested, please contact Bob Marcacci

Iron Sharpens Iron is coming up for women. There is something there for everyone. Parents, you may even consider encouraging your Jr/Sr High kids to come. 
The Oaks will be covering the cost of your ticket and our lunch together... so you've got nothing to lose!
Signups will be on the info table at the church.

Women's Conference

The VBS craft team is collecting empty 40 oz peanut butter jars. As you're finishing up your jars, please hold on to them and there will be a spot for collecting donations closer to June. 

There will be retreats for both men and women this spring. The dates for the men’s walk is Thursday, April 16 through the 19th and the women’s walk is April 23 through the 26th. Joy Ruhl and Pam Kelly are both serving on the women's walk. If you are interested in attending as a pilgrim, or being a sponsor, please contact Pam. 

See below the schedule for our services for Holy Week. There will also be an Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday at 10 am, meet in the sanctuary.
Fast: Maundy Thursday after service - Easter morning. Signup at church or app. Elements and prayer guide provided after Thursday service
Prayer vigil: Friday 12am-Sunday 12am Slots are already filled however if you’d still like to participate, contact Brittany Strom
